The Dhaka Dominators had won the toss in the match and chose to field. While Mohammad Rizwan did not start strong with a batting score of 3 runs from 7 balls, Litton Das picked up the pace with 20 runs from 20 balls. In the later innings, Johnson Charles’s (32) and Khushdil Shah’s (30) efforts resulted in a combined score of 62 runs.
While only three batters managed to hit over 20 runs for the Comilla Victorians, the team ended with a total of 164/6 in 20 overs.

Prior to winning against the Dominatos on the 19th, the Victorians made the Sylhet Strikers lose for the first time in 2023 BPL tournament on January 17.
After this match, the Comilla Victorians will play against the Khulna Tigers on January 28. It will be the first time the teams will play against each other in the tournament. Currently, the Khulna Tigers are 5th in the standings with 2 wins, 4 losses, and a net run rate of -0.210.
The Dhaka Dominators, on the other hand, will have their next match against the Rangpur Riders on January 30. This match will also the first time the teams will play against each other in the 2023 tournament, and it will be the 29th match of the 2023 BPL.
