Ronaldo Scores 10th and 11th goals of the Season
Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo proved his worth once again as he scored two goals to help Al Nassr to a 5-0 victory over Al Adalah in the Saudi Arabia Pro League. His goals also helped the team stay within touching distance of league leaders Al-Ittihad.
The Portuguese superstar’s first goal came from the penalty spot just before half-time, giving Al-Nassr the lead. For his second, he showed off his skill as he picked up the ball on the left-hand side of the box and knocked it past his marker before firing the ball into the far corner of the net.

Talisca, the Brazilian winger, also scored two goals to contribute to Al-Nassr’s impressive 5-0 win. The team is hot on the heels of Al-Ittihad and is determined to keep the pressure on them at the top of the table.
Ayman Yahya grabbed the fifth goal of the game deep into added time, rounding off a strong performance by Al-Nassr.
This latest win means Al Nassr have now collected 52 points from 22 matches, keeping them in the title race with Al Ittihad just one point ahead in second place. Although their rivals also won their match against Damac, many believe Ronaldo will play a major role in deciding the eventual outcome of the league.
Aside from a strong performance from Al Nassr, there was one other moment that stood out in the match. A French commentator caused a stir online after mimicking Cristiano Ronaldo’s famous ‘SIIUUUUUU’ celebration during the game’s live stream.
The celebration came after Ronaldo scored his 10th goal for the club from the penalty spot in the 40th minute to give his side the lead.
Ronaldo’s Status
Ronaldo returned to Old Trafford last summer but departed mid-season for Al Nassr following a controversial interview with TalkTV host Piers Morgan. During the interview, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner criticized United manager Erik ten Hag, Gary Neville, and other figures associated with the club.
Since joining Al Nassr, Ronaldo has scored a total of 11 goals in just 10 games in all competitions, with an average of one goal every 80 minutes in the Pro League. The player also recently made his 197th appearance for his country, surpassing the previous record holder, Kuwait’s Bader Al-Mutawa.
Before the match, Ronaldo was in an interview with GOAL Arab. During the interview, they talked about the best football players.
Ronaldo, who has won almost every major trophy in his 21-year professional career, including five Ballon d’Or awards, considers himself the best player in history. “I’m the best player in history, in the good moments and the bad ones,” he said. “No footballer can do the things I can. There’s no player more complete than me.”
The Portuguese superstar’s performance in the Saudi Arabian league continues to impress, with fans eagerly anticipating what he will do next.
Al Nassr’s next match is against Al Feiha on Sunday, April 9th, and Ronaldo will be hoping to continue his brilliant run of form. With eight games left in the season, Al Nassr is hoping to catch up to Al-Ittihad and win their 10th Saudi Pro League title.
