Afif Hossain, a talented cricketer from Bangladesh, is all set to make his mark in the Global T20 League, taking place in Canada. Following in the footsteps of his fellow countrymen Shakib Al Hasan and Liton Das, Afif will represent Surrey Jaguars in the league, forming a formidable duo with Liton.
The news of Afif’s participation in the league was confirmed by Jalal Yunus, the Chairman of the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s Cricket Operations committee. The board granted Afif a no objection certificate (NOC), allowing him to participate in the tournament. Surrey Jaguars, currently positioned at a respectable third place in the points table, have high hopes for both Afif and Liton to contribute significantly to the team’s success.
