In January 2022, a notable achievement came for Ebadot when he secured his initial five-wicket haul in Test cricket. This feat occurred during a Test match against New Zealand at Bay Oval. The trend continued as he found himself in Bangladesh’s ODI squad for subsequent series against the West Indies in May 2022 and for the tour of Zimbabwe in August 2022.
