Mohsin, an emerging left-arm fast bowler, proved his mettle by returning figures of 1-26 and successfully defending 11 runs in the last over of the match. Mumbai fell short of their target of 178 runs, unable to withstand the onslaught of Mohsin’s yorkers and disciplined bowling.

Pandya battled cramps during his innings and retired just one run short of a well-deserved half-century. However, Stoinis shifted gears and accelerated the scoring rate, reaching his own fifty with a six and launching an assault on England’s Chris Jordan in the 18th over, accumulating 24 runs.

Stoinis formed an unbeaten 60-run partnership off 24 balls with Nicholas Pooran, who contributed eight runs and concluded the innings in style with a six. The West Australian powerhouse amassed an impressive 44 runs from his last 12 deliveries, solidifying his position as the Player of the Match.
